I want to be fair to the seminar model. Large group trainings have value. If you have the funds and the luxury of time to go on an “educational vacation,” they are fantastic. You meet people, you feel the social excitement of the crowd, and you get to network. If you are looking for a community experience or a motivational boost, a seminar is a great choice.

But if you are looking for competence, the math changes.

In a typical seminar with 50 or 100 people, the instructor demonstrates a technique, and then says, “Okay, turn to your partner and practice.”

You turn to the person next to you—another novice who is just as confused as you are. This is the “blind leading the blind.”

You practice the technique imperfectly, your partner gives you feedback based on their own imperfect understanding, and you both end up reinforcing mistakes that might take years to unlearn.

That is why I only teach or mentor 1-on-1.

In this form of “apprenticeship”, I am your practice partner. When you try a language pattern or any of our many evidence-based methods, you are doing it with me. I catch the micro-errors in tone, timing, context and syntax the second they happen. We correct them together, instantly, not three years later.

There is another reason for this format: You can’t hide.

In a hotel ballroom, it is easy to zone out, check your phone, compare yourself to others or fake your way through an exercise. Here, with me, you are always in the pilot’s seat.

Now, that might sound intimidating, but I want to be clear about the atmosphere of our sessions. I do not examine you. I am not here to make you feel uncomfortable or put you on the spot with “gotcha” questions to test your memory.

Our sessions are energetic and entirely supportive of your desired outcomes. We are not here to have intellectual arguments about theory; we are here to move you forward in your career.

Because the training is private, it is customized to your immediate needs. We don’t have to spend three hours on a topic you already understand just because the rest of the class needs it. Conversely, if you are stuck on a specific concept, we stay there until you own it.

We work on your questions, your stuck points, and your real-life case studies.

The goal isn’t to help you chase a paper certificate that won’t change anything in your life other than occupying another spot on a wall (I’ll give three certificates to you anyway). The goal is to build the kind of deep, unconscious competence that only comes from direct, personal mentorship.

We take this journey together, step by step, and you dictate the pace. You will never be asked to pay massive tuition fees upfront. Life is hectic enough without adding more debt or rigid time commitments, so we remove those obstacles immediately. We work session-by-session, proving the value of this knowledge by applying it directly to your life.

If my approach fits your personality, let’s simply begin with a single training session, so you can feel the difference.
