Traditional seminars have undeniable value. They are excellent for meeting potential business partners, feeling the excitement of a crowd, and enjoying the social experience. There is also value in sitting back and letting others ask the personal questions you might be too shy to ask yourself. If you are looking for community and energy, seminars are a great choice.

This training is different.

Here, the focus is entirely on the work. We strip away the social performance and go straight to the mechanics of change.

I teach the methodologies I learned directly from J. Haley, who was Milton Erickson’s partner for years. Together, they developed some of the most innovative therapeutic tools in the field.

We focus on Propulsion Systems—the psychological “engines” required for irreversible personal change and reaching outcomes. We dive into evidence-based methods, advanced reframing, and the subtle art of misdirection in conversational hypnosis.

In many training structures, these concepts are separated by levels. You often have to finish a “Practitioner” course before they trust you with the “Master” material.

Here, the training is mixed.

Because the training is customized entirely to you, we don’t hold back advanced concepts if you are ready for them.

If you are a beginner, but you need a sophisticated therapeutic protocol to solve a specific problem in your life or for a client, we cover it immediately. We don’t wait for a syllabus to catch up to your reality.

There are no lectures here. I will never stand at a whiteboard while you passively take notes. We work by practicing or reviewing actual case studies—yours or mine.
